Nina Kryuchkova
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | CRIMSON EDUCATION
Nina Kryuchkova’s foray into the EdTech arena began almost a decade ago, evolving from her roots in the consulting industry to a pivotal role at EF Education First, the largest private education company. As Director of Business Development at Crimson Education, Nina has been overseeing multiple projects supporting high school students around the world. Over 20,000 students participated in global Crimson activities such as Harvard Crimson Case Competition, Harvard Crimson Essay Competition, Research Competition, Virtual Hackathon in partnership with Uber, Pitch for the Future, etc. Currently, also being a part of the AdmitYogi team, Nina continues to innovate, providing high schoolers with tools to connect with peers at their dream universities, including Ivy League schools, UC Berkeley, Stanford, MIT and more.

Will Yaxley
REGIONAL MANAGER AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND | CRIMSON EDUCATION
Will Yaxley brings over 8 years of experience in the admissions industry to his role as Regional Manager at Crimson Education for Australia and New Zealand. He has guided hundreds of students to admission at prestigious universities worldwide, including Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and Oxford. Under his leadership, acceptance rates have surged by up to 7 times in the region. Will’s deep commitment to education fuels his passion for fostering student development and helping them achieve their full potential.
Beyond his role at Crimson, Will is a highly accomplished composer. His debut musical, “Just a Second,” sold out its 2014 season at Monkey Baa Theatre Darling Harbour. He was subsequently commissioned to compose a full orchestral and choral ballet based on “Peter Pan,” which premiered to acclaim in 2018 at the Merrigong Theatre in Wollongong, Australia. Will’s compositions have graced stages across Australia, New Zealand, England, France, and Belgium, showcasing his creative brilliance on an international scale.

Laura Stewart
HEAD OF DEPARTMENT SCIENCE DAVINCI & HMUN RECRUITMENT MANAGER | CRIMSON GLOBAL ACADEMY
Laura began her teaching career in Australia, before moving overseas for 15 years and working at International Schools in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Austria. In these schools she worked as an Assistant Principal, Activities Director and Head of Science Department. She then returned to Australia as a Principal. Laura currently works as the Head of the Science Department for the DaVinci Program for Crimson Global Academy, as well as Conference Facilitator for the Harvard Model United Nations Conference in Sydney.
Outside of the classroom, Laura has also established MUN Conferences in various schools, including hosting at the United Nations in Vienna. She has also coached Varsity Debate and Public Speaking, Softball, and has helped develop Student Council and Student Leadership programs.
